Identify cash accountability processes and procedures in order to generate applicable requirements.
Department of Defense—Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) Financial Management Education Training (FMET) Program, Southbridge, Massachusetts
- Perform on-site instructor-led training (ILT) at specified sites for all military services.
- Perform both functional and systems-based training curriculum maintenance and curriculum development.
- Prepare ILT curriculum with a focus on all areas of management and controls related to the acquisition and procurement of goods and services consumed by the DoD.
Department of Defense—Navy and Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI)
- Develop a comprehensive NMCI program information CD.
- Provide training assistance to NMCI Program site managers.
- Prepare an NMCI user orientation briefing.
Department of the Navy — Audited Financial Statements (DoN AFS)
Identify and correct deficiencies with accounting systems, internal control procedures, management control procedures, operating procedures, and compliance with federal financial accounting standards for the Fund Balance With Treasury (FBWT) line item contained in the DoN AFS.
Department of Defense—Intragovernmental Transaction System (IGTS)
Evaluate existing DoD service components and defense agencies business practices to compile Intragovernmental transactions data for preparing elimination amounts needed to generate consolidated DoD Audited Financial Statements.
Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, Warfighting Integration & Chief Information Officer (SAF/XC)
Strategic planning; organizational planning; developing policy; enforcing and auditing policy compliance; and aligning policy with strategic goals.
Massachusetts National Guard, Milford, Massachusetts
Provide purchasing, contracting, and audit support for the Contracting Division of the Massachusetts Army & Air National Guard.
Massachusetts Highway Department (MHD)
- Develop Snow and Ice Removal Management System (SIRMS) pilot program.
- Apply GPS and GIS wireless technologies.
